Activity
The activity offers a hands-on, engaging experience aligned with the meeting's focus. It could involve journaling, painting, games, or workshops designed to encourage active participation and experiential learning. This aims to deepen understanding and foster personal growth through practical engagement and exploration.
Discussion
The discussion invites members to share thoughts, insights, and experiences related to the meeting's topic. Meeting Agendas
Our Meeting Agendas are shared with members two to three days before each meeting, distributed through our newsletter, GroupMe chat, and the "Groups" page on this site. This proactive release allows members ample time to familiarize themselves with the upcoming session's structure and content.

Members are encouraged to engage with the agenda beforehand, leveraging it as a preparatory tool. By reviewing the agenda in advance, individuals can craft their thoughts, jot down personal reflections, and formulate any questions or contributions they wish to bring to the discussion.

For topics that may contain sensitive or triggering content, the agenda offers members a chance to emotionally prepare for the meeting. This transparency is essential in fostering a supportive and considerate atmosphere during discussions.
